Cannot find my "Nine Digit Code"

I have looked on the bottom and I just can’t find one. Pulled this thing outta storage after it has been down for about six months and now, the web interface is asking for a nine-digit pin that is supposed to be at the bottom of the label on the bottom.

There is no nine-digit pin on the bottom of a WDBCTL0040HQT-10

Help?

Do you have a WD My Cloud Home or a WD MY CLOUD WDMyCloudImage ??

Are you sure its WDBCTL0040HQT-10 or HWT?

Scroll down to “Your Devices” and find the device you want to remove then click the three little vertically stacked dots in top right corner of the box that displays the device you no longer want then select “sign out”. Hope that helps. MyAARPMedicare
