Cannot find my device

So I got home, thought I could put this My Home up quickly on my Google Home mesh network. Plugged it into one of the Google points, power on and it can’t find my device!

I have tried 6 times. Made sure the number matches card and bottom of device.
Power on, connected to network.

WD says I will get an answer to my email for support in 2 days?!
