I have both EX4 and EX4100 units on my home network. Both show up on my network and I can access both without any issues. When I try to remotely access the units, I can connect into my EX4 and it works perfectly. When I try to remotely connect into the EX4100 it asks for my username and password. I cannot enter a username, I have tried everything I can think of to enter a username but nothing works. I can enter a password. At one time I could remotely connect into both units. I think things changed when I updated the firmware in the EX4100 some time ago. I am using firmware version 2.31.193. Any suggestions?
