Cannot drag and drop files!

HI, I have had to restart my PC from factory settings and now I cannot drag and drop files onto my WD Mycloud drive. Before resetting my computer I had a WD HDD Logo on the MY PC page which sat alongside my other HDD drives. But since the reset I cannot see the WD icon anywhere so I cant drag and drop files onto the drive.
My PC is running Windows 10

Get My Cloud to show in Windows 10 File Explorer Network

Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect.
