I have a new computer and I am trying to setup the My Cloud on my Windows 10 Computer. The problem that I am having is that I have renamed the My Cloud so when I try to down load the setup software I get an error page “this site cannot be reached” When I trouble shoot why, it says Windows cannot find “wdmycloud.” I can imagine that the only reason for this is that I have renamed the device. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
