Cannot detect my cloud after I switched to another router

I have just switched my router and i tried to set up my cloud all over again. I downloaded the getting started program, and ensured everything connected correcly (led remains steady blue), but it just cant detect the cloud on my network.

does it have something to do with my previous settings on the cloud? (i think i have set a fixed ip for the cloud before)

When the Blue LED is on, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds.

That’ll reset the password and the network settings and will not affect your data.
