Cannot created web access "my book live"

Hello,

I would like to created a web acces for hd “my book live” with my email and I have this error code 31602.

I already create a web account with this email and with a other user.

But when I removed my user in my hd “my book live”, my web account disappear at the same time.

Is it possible to delete my web account on the wd database ?
