Cannot copy files via WD2go in Windows

Hi,

as shown in the screenshot, I can access my WD via WD2go, I see all the files in the explorer but when I want to copy sth it is “calculating” forever and nothing happens.

With my phone and the Android app it works (same Wifi).

I have Windows 7 64 bit.

Any ideas?

Hello, check is you have the latest java update, you can also try using another web browser.
