Cannot Connect via Remote Access using Macbook Safari

Hi. I can access My Cloud via my network wi-fi and ethernet, but not remotely. I have a Macbook Pro running OS X 10.8.5. Using Safari. It is a problem with Java. I have the current version, but get this message and notice of “expired certificate”:

Java Plug-in 10.51.2.13
Using JRE version 1.7.0_51-b13 Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM

x: clear classloader cache

What’s going on? Any help? Remote access is one of the primary reasons I purchased the WD My Cloud.

I’m having the same issue on WIndows with Firefox.

Java issue.

On the mac you have to tell it to always trust the certificate and it should work.

This problem has temporarily been resolved.
