Cannot connect to shares

Hi all,

I use my EX4 NAS as a backup device. I run backups to it at 10pm every night. Those backups seem to be working fine (at least they indicate that they completed successfully).

However if I then try to navigate the share to check the backup set, lets say the next day - it wont connect. I get the usual windows cannot connect to the share etc… pop-up.

I can still ping the device fine and also connect to the web-interface without fail.

Anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

I’ve disabled “Drive sleep” in the system settings. I’ve disabled OpLocks on the share too. System and disk status in utilities is all green

Firmware version 2.11.140
