Cannot connect to server on any browser

I have a PR 4100 and it has been working flawlessly and have always been able to reach the server no matter which browser I use. I can now no longer do that. It doesn’t matter which browser I use (safari, brave, chrome etc) it does not find that server. I can however access My Cloud through the web, and Plex does work.
Yesterday I noticed a red light on the power button saying that Volume 3 is above 95%. How do I access the server so I can move media around to a different volume if I can’t access the server?
We did have a power outage a couple days ago, but the server is plugged into a power bar so there should not have been a power surge.
Any help would be appreciated.
