Hey all
I am currently running win 7 x64 and am having trouble veiwing my network shares, i can view youtube and media server but no network shares. I have recently changed over my modem to a netcomm nb12wn, which is where i ran into this problem. my folders are set to share with everyone… etc. and i have tried all i can think off and browsed through a few search topics.
i just dont get why i cant view the folders but can use the rest of the features.
can anyone help me.
Exactly WHAT STEPS are you taking on the WDTV, and exactly WHAT are the error messages you get?
I turn on the wd media player. Go to video, then too network share. I try to enter network share and i get a msg saying “cannot connect to network”
no settings on my computer have changed… the only things is the modem/router that has changed but im not sure what settings too play with in there if any???
Sorry it says “the device could not connect to the network”
I have no experience with that error (I’ve never seen it) so I don’t know what it means.
