Cannot connect to MyCloud on Home Network

Hi my MyCloud is available externally from explorer or mobile phone but totally invisible on my home network. I presume I’ve messed up the network settings somewhere along the line whilst trying to resolve an issue with network dropouts. I have assigned a reserved ip on my home router - i did notice that on my router the device is listed as connected however it has no name…just the ip address.

Can you help please?

@SpiderDub What operating system are you using, is it Windows 10?

If it is Windows 10 have you looked at this?
