Hi everyone,
MyCloud was setup and used for months.
Today, i want to access My Cloud to create new user for my friend but i cannot access to it.
When in My Cloud, i press get started up then it stuck nothing show and the button disappear.
Are there any problem with WDMYCLOUD Setup?
Are there any way else to create user through website or application for WD My cloud?

You don’t need to use setup more than once.
You need to access the Dashboard, which is the MyCloud’s control interface.
Download and read the user manual.
