Cannot connect to My Cloud

I searched everywhere how to solve the “your device is offline or rebooting” issue but nothing seems to work for me. It was working fine abd suddenly it just showed me that message. Restarting, unplug replug router, modem,…doesn’t change anything. Is the only solution do a hard reset and delete everything? I’m at a loss and honestly think about returning it if that happens randomly.
