Cannot connect my iphone or ipad thru wd 2go and wd photos

Hi

while trying to connect my Iphone thru wd 2go I get the message that MyNet900C is not connected (inaccessible) and that only local files are available. With wd photo I get the message that it’s impossible to treat the photo database

Did you did any firmware update?

Try reseting both devices router and mobile device. Also unistall both app. and install that again.
