Cannot confirm log in user address for MyCloud since some days

Dear all,

Today my wife tried to use her MyCloud app on her Samsung, which required her to log on again. During the log on process, she now gets the request to confirm her email address.

Unfortunately she doesn’t get the promised confirmation email in her …@live.nl mailbox. As such, the log on process gets stuck in this stage. Have tried several times, waited several tens of minutes but nothing anymore.

Thank you for any suggestions or recommendations to get this moved forward again.
