Cannot configure Plex - "The page isn't working"

Trying to set up Plex on a brand new My Cloud Home device.

I’ve managed to enable the service via the “Do More” link within the Dashboard.

However, when I then click the “Configure” option, it attempts to open the link on the domain prod-b083c6039a50497.wdckeystone.com, but the page returns Error 502

I’ve logged in to Plex at app.plex.tv, and my new Plex instance isn’t showing.

Can anyone help?
