Cannot configure Plex - "The page isn't working"

Trying to set up Plex on a brand new My Cloud Home device.

I’ve managed to enable the service via the “Do More” link within the Dashboard.

However, when I then click the “Configure” option, it attempts to open the link on the domain, but the page returns Error 502

I’ve logged in to Plex at, and my new Plex instance isn’t showing.

Can anyone help?
