Cannot back up my 2nd harddrive with My Book Essential 3TB

Hi Guys,

I have two harddrives on my win 7 64 bit PC. I have just bought My Book Essential 3TB and have started to back up my data.

MY first drive (partitions C & D) has backed up perfectly. When I try to back up the second harddrive (partitions  F & I)  my files are analysed  and the contents are displayed in both the PC grafic on the left and the MY Book grafic on the right. But then everything stops and nothing gets copied. There is no freezing or other problems and when I click “Stop Backup” it tells me I can resume later.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I left it on while I had lunch, came back 45 minutes later and it had just started.
