MyCloudMirror has been working fine for years, however, since a couple of weeks it cannot be accessed over the internet. Local network is fine. When I add new user, the email-link is simply not sent. Local network is connected to internet. Tried Reset on system,on router, no success.
I have the same problem. No email sent for password reset request either.
I can’t event access a newly added user on my local network.
Sorry this isn’t a solution - just a confirmation of problem.
