Cannot add new cloud users to Mycloud on OS5

running OS5, I can click on Cloud Access and I am signed in, but I can’t add new users. I can see/edit my existing ones though. Any ideas?
WDMycloud running 5.15.106 firmware

When you click on Users you don’t see the below? See image below.

Generally, one has to add a new user via the User tab in the My Cloud Dashboard first. Then one can configure their Cloud Access settings.

lol thanks I don’t know why I thought I can just create a cloud user without the local

If you want to remotely share a file or directory with a guest one can do so.
