Cannot activate GoodSync on MyCloud

I have followed the instructions to install GoodSync on my MyCloud using SSH. GoodSync for Western Digital MyCloud NAS

When I try and activate it according to these instructions, I get a ‘site can’t be reached’ error.

Any suggestions?
