Cannot access wd readyview 4mp through vga monitor and mouse

4 camera wd readyview installed via IE app, it works fine, but a vga monitor wont show the cameraviews… it briefly shows purple screen, wd readyview etc, and the mouse lites up, but no cursor, then it blanks to purple. the internet connection shows screens on the IE app.
