Did you manage to get the cloud access sorted in the end? I’ve done the same thing and skipped the orange screen thinking I could set up the cloud access later on.

My Cloud OS 5: Cloud Access Failure Different MAC Address and Serial Numbers
This is the MAIN issue after upgrading to OS5 and loose Cloud Access. I hope they patch OS5 else all old units (mine is from 2016) can’t proceed for RMA
