I am currently unable to access my synched files online via my web browser. I can still log into the dashboard and access my synched files with Windows Explorer on my PC. WD Sync also appears to be working properly. When I log in online I am told I cannot connect to WDMyCloudMirror.
The firmware is up to date and everything is correctly connected. I think the problem is caused by my anti-virus (AVG), which blocked the connection to the MyCloud after detecting a virus (attachment in a stored spam mail that I’ve since deleted).
Any help (in non-IT expert speak) gratefully received.
