Cannot access Settings My Passport Ultra

After a comp crash, I reinstalled Passport, wiped the drive and started over. In a hurry to get it set up, I chose the entire drive to backup. Now, I cannot access Settings to edit my choice of folders and files to back up. Absolutely nothing happens when I click on Settings.

Any ideas?
