Cannot Access Public Share from Win10 Device

HI to all,

i need help with my mycloudhome Duo.
I try to access my device from windows 10 by \mycloud-xxxxx\Public.

Windows give me the feedback → Could not access \mycloud-xxxx\Public.
My Mac can access the TimeBackup share fine.

i will also not work by \IP-of-the-device\Public

i have restartet the device and read this link:

any ideas why i’m not able to access this public share ?
