Cannot Access private Shared Folder My Book World Network Drive in win 10

hey guys,
please help me out
i am unable to get Access to a Shared private Folder on My Book World Network Drive in windows 10.
public folder is accessible.
when i am trying to open private folder it requires login (username & password).
i tried all combinations i have even i tried blank.
resetting also doesn’t solve the problem.

Try double-checking your network parameters, ensuring your system is using a Private/Work Network as opposed to a Public Network. Also check the system’s WORKGROUP (Not the Homegroup; and leave it if joined into) is the same as your WD My Book World Edition.
