Cannot access Mycloudmirror from windows explorer

Every time I try and access a private or public share on MYCLOUDMIRROR from windows explorer I get the following popup window.  No matter what password I use it will not let me access the mirror.  What do I need to do to correct this??

This is a credentials error that treats local computers/NAS devices as domain members. Go to User Accounts in the Control Panel and clear all login credentials.
