Cannot access MyCloudEX2Ultra from any PC

My company has been using a MyCloudEX2Ultra on our network for several years as our main internal storage access with no issues. We have approximately 12-15 PCs on the network that have access to this NAS.

In the last few days, we are having issues connecting to the drive. PCs are able to see it on the network, and even click through subfolders but eventually Windows Explorer will hang and time out. I managed to copy some files off of it but then it stalled and was inaccessible again.

I can confirm that the drive has the latest firmware, 5.30.103. The drives internally appear to be healthy.

I am not able to access the drive remotely as I have in the past. It says it is offline.

Should I do a 40 second reset? If I need to revert to an older firmware, how can I do that?
