Cannot access MyCloud shares with NFS

I recently bought a new MyCloud Ex2 Ultra (the previous one crashed). I set it up, added my files and shares and tried to access it from my Kodi box, like I used to do before. Unfortunately, I cannot access it through NFS (I used to be able to do that before). Nothing has changed on my network setup and I did everything that I did the first time. Can someone help? I have enabled NFS on the shares but still nothing. Note that I can access the shares from my PC, but not from the Kodi box.

Thank you in advance

I had the same problem as you described. The solution is that you should connect the NAS with Kodi with manual mode - that means, that you can just type the IP of the NAS and then It will list you all the shares and mounts for your NAS that are available.
So, you must not type like this nfs://XXXXX/NFS/…because in this way it doesn’t work.

Thank you for the info - I will try it out (although I think I tried it and did not work).

Well, if it worked for me , it should work for you as well
