Cannot access MyBookLive from File Explorer after factory restore

I did a quick factory restore of MBL. However, I cannot access the files from file explorer in windows 10.

It says “Windows cannot access \192.168.1.9” with error code 0x80004005

I then downloaded mbl_windows_setup.exe from http://downloads.wdc.com/nas/mbl_windows_setup.exe to setup my drive

It reports errors (see figures below) I can access the web interface using my web browser. What’s the problem?
