Cannot access mybook duo from windows explorer. Help!

Hi,

I bought a my book duo 24 TB last month and i removed both WD Red drives and put it in my NAS.
Now i inserted 1x 8 TB and 1x 3TB drives into wd mybook duo and tried to setup as JBODs but the drive does not appear in windows explorer. I can see the drive mounted in windows disk manager but it was not initialised and when i tried to initialise it says wrong function. Any idea how to get it work?

Did you apply any Volume encryption on the drives when they were in The NAS???

ok solved. It seems MYbook Duo does not accept non-WD drives. I had one WD-blue and one seagate archive disk. Seagate is completely new but it does not accept this disk, after removing it, it works.
