Cannot Access My Cloud WD My Cloud WDBCTL0020HWT 2TB

I did format the disk because ther was no room for the update. After updating the firmware to version 2.41.121 (11/17/2021) I can not acces WD My Cloud.

It doesn’t show in windows10 and is not accessable in the browser. I’ve tried to reset it more than once.

What can I do next?

I’ve done this Before updating to My Cloud OS 5, your device must be updated to Firmware 2.41.121 or higher.

Download firmware version 2.41.121 for your My Cloud model from the WD Support Website to your local computer

And since this update I can’t get a network connection anymore. The update went find. it was after the startup when it failted to connect.

Hallo gemarne,
Sie haben (wie auch ich) die WD My Cloud (WDBCTL). Diese lässt sich (lt. WD) nicht auf OS 5 updaten! Dazu brauchen Sie z.B. die WD My Cloud Home (WDBVXC).
Diese aber bietet leider nicht alle Features, welche die WD My Cloud bietet.
Zur Zeit “kämpfe” ich noch, die Unterschiede zwischen beiden Geräten heraus zu bekommen.
