Cannot access My Cloud Dashboard after firmware update. (07/15/2019)

I have not been able to access the My Cloud Dashboard via IE or the Android App ever since the last firmware update. Up until the firmware update I was able to access the Dashboard to added devices. There has been no changes to my network setup. I have tried a soft reset, did no good. I did a factory reset (hold down reset button for 40+ seconds on power up) also did no good. The only thing that has changed is the firmware. I can see and access all the files on the drive via the file browser (local network), just cannot access the Dashboard via IE, Chrome, Foxfire nor the Android App. Any suggestions before I toss out this paperweight?

Can you please let me know using which address are you trying to access the Dashboard and what specific error do you see while accessing the dashboard.
