Cannot access my Book Essential 1TB

the original enclosing had to be changed for a new one, I can see the drive in Device Manager Disk Drives, but it will not be mounted. Tried installing WD software but it is not recognizing it.
I need the original software that would ask me for the drive password and mount it on windows.

Hard drive in My Book Essential is hardware encrypted. So you need to use original enclosure to access device data.

it is damaged, so I can not use it.
is there a way to access my data?
