Hi!
I saved movies in my external HD
However i cannot access them now (hidden?)
Is there a way to troubleshoot this? i tried already to un-tick the hidden option but the files can’t still be viewed
The files are still in the HD since the total capacity is 298GB and 291GB occupied

Hello,
It is possible the partition is corrupted and that’s why you cant see the files. I recommend you format the drive and then try again.

Also where are you trying to access these files?
