Cannot access MBL with my cloud app iphone

Hi. I have been using my MBL 2TB for some years with no problem. The question is that I can access with the MacBook Pro but no longer with my iPhone.
I uninstalled the My Cloud app and reinstalled it again. The first access is ok but when I try the 2nd access I have the following message “The unit is switched off. My Book Live is not accessible. Local docs are available”. I repeated this uninstall/reinstall process several times and the result is always the same - 1st access ok, following accesses not working.
Firmware ok - 02.43.10-048.
Can anyone help?

Are you using the MBL with a static ip? if not, please try that to see if that improves the connection.

Hi.
I’m using Network Mode DHCP.
To change to static IP I have to input a netmask. Where can I get this net mask number?
