Cannot access MBL outside of home WiFi network using WD My Cloud Android app

Can anyone please help? I have an Android phone and the WD My Cloud app installed on it.

I can access the app from my home WiFi, but can’t access it whenever I leave my house…can anyone tell me a very simple way to access it?

You can try to enable port forwarding on the network router.
