Cannot access help message

So I thought I shoudl leave a message at WD Help. It wants my OS, but it turns out the OS control is disabled!!! What a pain. The problem I am trying to solve is that the MyBookWorld think stopped working after several months of successfully backing up bunches of data. I can no longer ‘discover’ it using the WD Discovery software, and I can no longer map the drive or folders using Windows map. The OS on one computer is XP and on two others is Vista 64-bit. Any ideas will be appreciated, especially re how to make the blasted “help” page work correctly!!!

Have you tried resetting the unit?
