Cannot access folders of pr4100 from macbook pro

I have access to the shares on the pr4100. However, the folders within the shares display similar to the below when trying to access them. They also display with a red “-” proceeding the folder name.

The folder “PR4100-NAS” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

I have a DL2100 with the same setup and do not have the issue. It feels like this is an access issue on the PR4100 however I am not sure what it might be.

I would suggest you to first disconnect the WD My Cloud PR4100 share from shared folder and try to reconnect the share again.
