Cannot access EX4 with windows 10

I cannot access EX4 with windows 10 with file explorer, but I can access it through my MacBook to see, access and move files. What happened to windows 10 to stop me from using files explorer?
I am new to all this network stuff and have limited knowledge in this stuff.
Please assist me

It was a setting in windows 10 after an update.
