Cannot access EX4 via Web UI

Hi, my EX4 has been working fine for a few months up until the last week.

I can ping the device yet I cannot ssh or access it via the WebUI.

I have restarted device multiple times without success.

When I press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, it then stays on “Device is shutting down” for days and never shuts down.



Hi rexilla, welcome. Try connecting the EX4 directly to the PC Ethernet port, if you haven’t, you can also try using another web browser to access the dashboard. 

I’ve already attemted this with no success.

I’m having the same issue every 7 calendar days.  I’m on the latest firmware version.  The only way to reconnect locally or remotely is to re-start the ex4.
