recently my drive stopped working. I’m completely unable to access data, and I can’t hit the admin console either the device powers on, but just shows a red light and makes a clicking noise. How should I proceed?
The drive is bricked. You need to use a debrick guide from this forum to get the OS working again. You will not lose your data - unless of course the actual drive itself failed. In anycase, you should try the debrick method first.
