Cannot access disk other than through web login

Hi there.

We’ve just installed a My Cloud Home 4TB down at work and I can’t seem to get it running properly.
I’ve managed to create an account and through that way get access via browser to the new unit. But it doesn’t appear in any way in Windows 10, even though I’ve checked that the settings are correct. (Checking SMB options in programs and features). I also cannot access it through the windows or android app. Neither through automatic search nor by typing in the nine digit code that came along with it.

Is it something that I’m missing here? We’ve already got an older my cloud since way back that are working as it should.
