You are welcome… it was interesting and we all learned,
I know this is an older thread but I just got an 8TB ex2 ultra and could not access the dashboard. I thought you might be interested to know that the dashboard sets cookies!
After cursing at it for 4 hours and about 10 resets (short and long) I finally figured out that you have to enable cookies in your browser to log in.
