I am looking at purchasing the latest version of Western Digital Media Player (WDBYMN0000NBK-VESN or WDBYMN0000NBK-HESN). Somebody is selling a used American Version of the product. I live in Canada. Could you please tell me the difference between the American Version and the Canadian Version?
Thanks.
No difference … they both don’t have Netflix (i hope you know that)
also, if it’s “used” it may have No Warranty
Thanks for your response. May I ask why they have different model numbers
then? Thanks.
different regions/countries = different model numbers
eg. in Australia the Model Number is WDBPUF0000NBK-AESN
it’s the same device as the American version … which i own (got it from WD direct)
and the Model Number is WDBYMN0000NBK-00
Just buy a new one, you may regret if you buy a used one. Not a big cost diff.
Thanks for the information.
