Can you specifiy a folder for copying?

I am using the drive with an iPad to copy photos while travelling. I am a photographer so there are a large number of photos. Is it possible to set up folders on the drive and have it copy to a specific folder or will it only dump them in Public? (I willhave over 10,000 files at some point. Normally I would create a folder by place or date) Thanks

So you want to do automatic SD card backup? To a specific folder?

Short answer: no. Not the way you suggest.

Long answer: the MPW does what you ask for (to a degree).
If you have set the MPW to automatic backup it will create a unique SD folder (for every SD card). Every time you then insert the SD card the MPW will create a subfolder with todays date and copy all new photos into this folder.
