Can you recover deleted folders from My Book World Edition?

Hi  - I stupidly deleted a folder with some photos I wanted from the network drive - is there anyway of recovering these?

You could check to see if they are in your recycle bin…but if they were totally removed the only way would be with Data Recovery which would be really expensive on a NAS drive.

All recovery software I have seen is great at recovering from fixed hard disk, or  any USB device - but not from an external drive
