I have a My Book Elite 1TB. My Desktop PC has two drives, 500 GB each. On one drive (on my OC) I have it partitioned into two drives ‘C’ & ‘S’. The second drive is ‘T’. I want to partition My Book to mirror my PC but I can’t find any information anywhere that discusses if you can parition My Book. Or tell me where I can find the info. I have downloaded the instruction manual and I don’t see it there. Can’t find in “FAQ”.

I wouldn’t partition an external HD. I’ve seen several posts in different places where I volume becomes unusable. I would simply create sepatate folders and image to them. Otherwise try a third party tool like EaseUS.
